A vibrant meditation on nature’s quiet magic, this oil and mixed media painting weaves together the wild grace of roses and meadow blooms in a radiant tapestry of colour. Bursts of crimson, gold, and violet pulse with energy, yet beneath the surface, a sense of stillness prevails — as if the flowers hold their breath in the warmth of a sun-drenched pause. Every stroke is a thread in a silent song, where chaos becomes calm and wildness finds rest in beauty.
I'm an artist based in the North West, specialising in surreal, abstract storytelling through whimsical and floral-inspired paintings. Working primarily in oils and mixed media, I create imaginative worlds where nature, emotion, and symbolism intertwine.
My work often features hidden elements—small details woven into each piece for viewers to discover—inviting a sense of curiosity and playful exploration.
I hold a BA (Hons) and MA in Fine Art, a PGCE in Art Education, and I'm currently undertaking a PhD. Alongside my practice, I work as an art lecturer and art therapist, both of which deeply inform and inspire my creative process.
Original artworks are available to purchase, and I also welcome commissions.
“Through art, I explore the quiet magic hidden in the everyday—reminding us to pause, wonder, and celebrate this one wild and precious life.”
